1/4 cup brown sugar
1 T oil
1 T balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 c. whole pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Add brown sugar, oil, and balsamic vinegar to saucepan and bring to a boil, stir in the pecans, and let them cook 4 minutes (keep stirring).

Cool pecans on a baking sheet (or foil, like I did).

I use these in my Strawberry Spinach Salad. But they are good to eat as a snack.
