Cooking spray

2 c. cauliflower florets

1/8 tsp. garlic powder

1/8 tsp. onion powder

1/8 tsp. tumeric

salt and pepper

Tahiti sauce:
Heat 2 Tablespoons of olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and saute for about 30 seconds. Remove from heat and add the tahini, lemon juice, allepo pepper, salt and pepper to taste. Use a whisk to stir just until combined. Whisk in the water and whisk until smoth

1. Preheat oven to 400º.

2. Spray large zip lock bag with a generous amount of cooking spray.

3. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, tumeric, salt and pepper into bag.

4. Add cauliflower and shake until well coated.

5. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 12-15 minutes.
