1 1/2 lbs. asparagus, cut in 3 inch lengths
1 1/2 T. peanut oil
2 T. thinly sliced garlic cloves
2 T. coarsely cut green onions
A pinch of sugar
1/4 c. water
2 T. oyster sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat skillet or wok until hot and add oil. Add green onion and garlic, stir fry for 30 seconds. Add asparagus and sugar and stir fry 1 minute. Add water, cover and simmer for 3 minutes. Add oyster sauce stir to coat asparagus and serve immediately.
