1 lb. orange roughy
1/2 c. Lawry's Herb and White Wine Marinade (Albertson's)
1 med. red bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch rings
1/2 red onion, cut in 1/4-inch rings, separated

Directions:
Directions:
Place fish in self-closing plastic bag. Pour marinade over fish. Turn to coat. Refrigerate 20 min. or more. Preheat oven to 400º. Place fish with marinade in a single layer in 13x9 inch. foiled baking pan. Arrange bell pepper and onions over fish. Bake uncovered 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove fish to serving dish. Stir sauce. Spoon sauce and vegetables over fish.
