8 cups thinly sliced, peeled, Granny Smith Apples (4 large)
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar, splenda, divided
2 tsp ground cinnamon, divided
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup margarine
10 Peek Freans No Sugar Cookies, crushed, about 1 cup crumbs
1 1/2 cups thawed cool whip - light

Directions:
Directions:
Toss apples with 1/4 cup of the brown sugar and 1 tsp of cinnamon. Spoon into 8" square baking dish. Combine oats, remaining brown sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl. Cut in margarine with pastry cutter or two knives until mixture crumbles into course crumbs. Add biscuit crumbs; mix well. Spread crumb mixture evenly over apples.
Bake 30 - 35 minutes at 350ºF or until apples are tender. Top with whipped cream.
