Brownie Mixture:
1 Brownie mix
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup softened margarine
1 egg

Filling:
2 pkg cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1/3 cup peanut butter
3 Tbsp flour
2 tsp vanilla

Caramel
12 caramels
3 Tbsp whipping cream

Directions:

Mix Brownie ingredients and press into 9 x 13 pan. Grease the bottom only.

Combine cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Add sugar, flour, sour cream and vanilla. Beat well. Add eggs one at a time. Pour over base.

Melt over low heat caramels and cream. Drop by spoonfulls on to filling. Swirl with a knife. Bake at 325ºF for 35 - 45 minutes until centre is set. Cool 30 minutes. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving. Garnish with more whipped cream if desired.
