1 cup sugar
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup margarine or butter, softened
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup chopped pecans
48 Rolos
1 Tbsp Sugar
4 oz Vanilla Flavoured Candy Coating, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Sugars, margarine; add vanilla and eggs. Mix dry ingredients; Combine, and refrigerate dough for 30 minutes. Wrap Rolo with 1 Tbsp dough and press in remaining pecans mixed with 1 Tbsp sugar.
Bake at 375ºF for 7 - 10 minutes. Cool 2 minutes before removing. Melt Vanilla candy and drizzle over completely cooled cookies.
