2 lbs frozen hash browns (thawed)
1 cup diced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
8 oz grrated cheddar cheese
2 tsp salt
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and cover with 1 cup of crushed corn flakes. Put in greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 1 hour at 375ºF
