2/3 cup blanched almonds, finely ground
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp Milk
1 Tbsp Flour
sifted icing sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour well 2 cookie sheets, or line with parchmant paper. In a large pan combine all ingredients except icing sugar. Heat stirring over low heat until butter is melted and mixture becomws mushy. On prepared cookie sheets, drop by teaspoons 3" apart. Bake one sheet at a time for about 5 minutes or until golden at 350ºF. Remove one at a time from cookie sheet and quickly roll up around the handle of a wooden spoon; cool. dust lightly with icing sugar.

These will spread out like crazy. They are very delicate, but everyone loves them. I would use 2 Tbsps of flour instead to make them a bit more durable and then dip them in chocolate once they are cool instead of rolling them....They are so good but take some practice.
