Ingredients:
Ingredients:
14.3 oz Oreo Cookies (A regular package)
8 oz Cream Cheese
Chocolate, Almond Bark, or Candy Melts (I use both regular chocolate and white)
Sprinkles/Icing or anything to decorate (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Grind Oreo cookies in food processor until they become a fine "dirt". Pour it into a medium sized bowl and then add cream cheese. Use a hand mixer to blend the two together until they become a thickish paste. Get your hands slightly damp and roll one inch balls of this mixture. Place these balls onto a wax paper covered pan. Then let these sit in the freezer or the refrigerator until they are firm. Just before you take these truffles out of the freezer make sure you have melted your chocolate. Using a fork drop the truffles in the chocolate. Then begin to coat the truffles in the chocolate. Place them either on a plate or another pan (again wax paper covered). You want to work fast because the longer the truffles sit out, the less firm they are and it makes it easier for the truffle to fall apart in the warm chocolate. Before the chocolate dries you can top them with sprinkles. Then put them in the freezer to set. Once they are completely set you can add the icing option. Put the icing in a piping bag and pipe on a little design (random or actual shapes). Enjoy!

Personal Notes:
I do not recommend putting icing AND sprinkles on these just because that would be a little too sweet! Sprinkles are very easy to use and you can find seasonal ones too! These go by in a flash at my house!
