1/4 c. lime juice (I use about 1/2 c.)
1/3 c. water
2 T. canola oil
4 cloves garlic (I use minced garlic, fridge section)
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. coarse ground pepper

Directions:

In large resealable plastic bag, mix together the lime juice, water, oil, garlic, soy sauce, salt and liquid smoke. Stir in cayenne and black pepper.

Place desired meat in the marinade and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
I double this recipe and marinated veggies for the grill, don't marinate veggies more than 2 hours..
