3 1-inch thick pork chops
6 Slices of bacon
Juice of 1 lime
1 Mince garlic clove
1/3 Cup EVOO
1/4 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Crown of broccoli

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium-high.
Pat dry pork chops and wrap each with two strips of bacon (secure using toothpicks).
Season both sides of the chops with salt and pepper.
Place the chops on the grill and cook with the lid down, 8-10 minutes per side.
While they are grilling, mix lime juice, garlic, EVOO, and red pepper flakes, mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Steam broccoli.
Once the pork chops are done, serve them over broccoli and drizzle with the citrus vinagrette.
