6 eggs
2 T butter
2 T. all-purpose flour
2 c. milk
/4 tsp. garlic powder, if desired
salt and pepper to taste

6 pieces of bread for toast

Directions:
Directions:
Place egg in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 15 minutes. Drain hot water, cover in cold water to cool, peel and chop.
Melt butter in saucepan, add flour until it forms into a ball. Slowly add the milk and stir until the sauce comes to a boil.
Stir the garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped eggs into the sauce; stir until the eggs are heated.

Serve over Toast

This is another of my recipes that makes eggs taste great. It is also my daughter's favorite.

I learned about this one from my mom, she sometimes made eggs this way when I was a kid.
