2 medium onions, thinly sliced
2 cans mushrooms, drained
2 1/2 lb round steak
salt & pepper to taste
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1 T olive oil
Paprika to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place sliced onions and mushrooms in slow cooker. Score top of meat about 1/2" deep in diamond pattern. Rub in oil and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper, dry onion soup mix and paprika. Place meat on top of onions. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours.

Surprisingly, with no added liquid, the meat is so very tender.... very good.
