4 Chicken breast
Small jar Apricot preserves (8oz)
1 bottle Catalina dressing (16oz)
1 package dried onion soup mix
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard (optional)makes it a little tangy
1 can pineapple chunks (drain all but 4 Tbsp)) or fresh, if you want to make it sweet and sour

Can also chunk peppers

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together
Add to chicken
Bake 375 approx 20 min or until chicken done

Serve with rice

I add chunked peppers near the end of cooking so they do not get too soft
This recipe will also take more chicken I use both boneless white and dark meat (boneless) you can also use chicken on the bone

Also add as many vegetables as you want but do not cook them with the chicken as .they get soggy.
