1 c canned pumpkin
1 c white sugar
1/2 c oil
1 egg
2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp milk
1 T vanilla
2 c milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a large mixing bowl combine pumpkin, sugar, oil, and egg. Mix with electric mixer until light and fluffy. In separate bowl sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon,salt, and soda. Gradually add flour mixture to pumpkin mixture. Mix until incorporated. Mix in milk and vanilla. Add chocolate chips. Mix well. Drop by tablespoons full ( or less depending on size you want) on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are brown. Let sit for a few minutes to cool before removing from cookie sheet.
