cooked macaroni
2 large handfuls thickly shredded American cheese or a combination of
American and mild cheddar
1/3 c milk

Directions:
This recipe is for one individual casserole about the size of a cereal bowl. Fill casserole 3/4 full of the cooked macaroni making sure it is still very firm but not hard. Put cheese on top, packing it down a little so it stays in the bowl. Pour milk over the top of casserole, making sure that it drizzles over the cheese to help form a crust. Bake at 350º on a cookie sheet for 15 minutes or until cheese is as brown as you like it.
