4 cups flour
1/2 lb butter
1 cup sugar or splenda
1 pkg custard powder
5 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup raisins or 1 cup coconut (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
combine ingredients do not over mix, press dough down to 1 - 1 1/2 inch thick; cut into circles.

bake at 350ºF - check after 15 minutes; should be golden on top.
