8 cups day old bread
2 cups milk
3 eggs + 3 yolks
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup raisins or chocolate chips (optional)
1 cup light cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Grease pan.
Put bread in dish; sprinkle raisins over bread. Beat eggs and yolks. Add sugar slowly, add milk and cream, then vanilla and cinnamon. Beat 4 minutes. Pour over bread, chill 1/2 hour, then bake at 350ºF for another 1/2 hour.
