3 8-oz cream cheese
2 T sour cream
2 T milk
3/4 c finely chopped pecans
4 oz brie or camembert
1 c finely grated swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl of electric mixer, combine 1 package of cream cheese, sour cream and milk. Mix until well blended and smooth. Pour into a pie plate lined with plastic wrap; smooth, and sprinkle with chopped pecans.

In electric mixer, combine remaining cream cheese, blue cheese, brie/camembert, and swiss cheese. Mix until well combined. Carefully spread over the first layer and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Invert onto serving tray and top with pecan halves for garnish.
