3/4 C Butter
1 1/2 C packed Brown Sugar
2 C semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
2 Eggs
2 T Water
2 1/2 C Flour
1 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 pkg Andes candies mint candy

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pan, cook butter, sugar, and water over low heat until melted, then add chocolate chips. Stir until almost all melted. Remove from heat and continue stirring until all melted. Pour into large mixing bowl and let stand 10 minutes. With mixer at high speed, beat in eggs one at a time. On lowest speed, add dry ingredients. Chill 1 hour in refrigerator. Line cookie sheet with foil. Roll dough into balls and place on cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 350º, less than 12 to 13 minutes (slightly under bake). While still warm, put a piece of candy on top. Wait a minute, then swirl with a knife. (May put cookies back in the oven a few seconds to melt candy). May also put sprinkles on top.
