1 1/2 pounds lean ground pork
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 large potatoes,cooked and mashed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sage
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon cloves
Pastry for a 2 crust pie

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer pork and onion in 1/2 cup water for 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Strain but keep the liquid. Refrigerate liquid and pork overnight and remove fat from the liquid in the morning. Discard fat, and add remaining liquid to the pork. Add mashed potatoes and spices. Put into pie shell and top with remaining pastry.

Bake at 450º for 20 minutes.
