2 - 10 oz. bags vanilla baking chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
15 (regular sized) peppermint candy canes (crushed)

Directions:
Directions:
Line 9" pan with aluminum foil and butter the foil.

Put in saucepan, the vanilla chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat on medium until melted (do not overcook). Remove from burner and add extract and crushed candy canes. Mix together well.

Put in lined pan and refrigerate for 2 hours. Cut and store in sealed container.
