1 envelope of Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
little less than 1/4 cup oil (olive, canola, etc)
4 bone in chicken breast (about 2 lbs)
2 med. potatoes, cut in chunks
2 carrots, cut or 1/2 lb of mini carrots



Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. In large bowl toss all ingredients until coated.
Pour into a 13 x 9 pan with breast meat up. Bake uncovered, for 45 minutes or until no longer pink. Half way through cooking stir mixture.

If the chicken breast are large I cut then in half. I also take off the skin.
