Crust:
1 c flour
1/2 c butter
1/4 c powdered sugar

Filling:
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 T lemon juice and rind
1 c sugar
2 T flour
1/2 tsp baking powder

Glaze:
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
2 T milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients and pat into 8 x 8" pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350º. Let cool. Mix filling ingredients and spread over crust. Bake 25 minutes at 350º. Cool slightly and glaze with mixed glaze ingredients. Cut in squares. Freezes well.
