Ingredients:  
Shrimps,Hot pepper flakes,butter,olive oil,white wine,smoked Paprika,Scallions,cream,celery seeds,garlic & Love !

Directions:
In medium sauce pan, heat olive oil and butter ( about a quarter stick and 2 tablespoons oil) DO NOT BURN Add pepper flakes ( 1/2 teaspoon) and garlic ( 2 smashed and minced cloves) Heat for 1 minute or so. Add medium shrimp, about 1/2 pound or so, saute for 3 minutes, turn heat to low. Add smoked Paprika and celery seeds to your taste. Add about 1/2 cup white wine, add chopped scallions and reduce. In about 3 minutes, add cream till a nice consistency appears to your liking.
Put on top of Linguine or pasta of your choice. VOILA !
