1 cup butter
1/2 C confectioner's sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 C all purpose flour
1/8 tsp salt
2 C finely chopped nuts
powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Cream butter & sugar together. Add vanilla mixing thoroughly. Stir together flour, salt and nuts. Stir into sugar mixture. Form into 1”balls. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Whole hot roll in powdered sugar, cool, then roll and powdered sugar again.
