1 pound butter, softened
2 pounds peanut butter
3 pounds confectioner's sugar
2 (12 ounce) packages semi-sweet chocolate morsels
4 ounces (4 squares) un-sweetened chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together butter, peanut butter and powdered sugar (use hands to do it well).
Form into small balls & freeze. Melt together chocolate morsels & un-sweetened chocolate in double boiler. Dip frozen balls in chocolate mixture (using a toothpick) until almost covered; make it look like a buckeye. Place on a cookie sheet covered with waxed paper. Freeze for 1 hour & then store in plastic bags or containers.
