Ingredients:  
5 cups sugar
2 cups water
1 bottle liquid pectin
2 - 6 ounce cans frozen lemonade concentrate
1 cup creme de menthe

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and water in a heavy saucepan.
Bring to a full boil and let boil fro 1 minute.
Remove from heat and stir in pectin, lemonade concentrate and creme de menthe.
Mix well and skim off foam with a spoon.
Pour immediately into hot sterilized half-pint jars and seal.
Process in a boiling water bath for 5 minutes or cool and store in refrigerator.
