2 c sugar
1/2 c butter
3 1/2 c cake flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 c ice water
Whites of 4 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter, add ice water, vanilla and salt with cake flour. Add stiffly beaten egg whites, folding in gently. Bake 1 hour at 350º. When cool spread with lemon filling. White frosting.
