1 can whole kernel corn, do not drain
1 can cream style corn
1 egg
1 c sour cream
1 8.5 oz Jiffy corn muffin mix
1/2 c melted butter
Optional:
1 t tobasco
1/2 chopped jalapeno pepper
chopped green onion
chopped green pepper
chopped red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Pour in greased 2 qt casserole dish. Sprinkle with cajun spice. Bake 45 - 60 minutes @ 350º.
