Equal parts:
Grated Parmesan cheese
Chopped fresh onion (can use pre-chopped at Publix)
Mayonnaise

1 loaf sliced party rye or party pumpernickel (or English muffins, bagels, any bread).

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients in a food processor. Spread generously on party rye. Broil until tops are nicely browned. BE CAREFUL - CAN BURN EASILY.

* Do not spread until morning of party OR freeze already-spread bread until needed. Thaw and broil.
