1 C Buttermilk
2 large Eggs
1 ½ C Vegetable oil
1 ½ C granulated sugar
1 Ounce bottle of red food coloring
1 T. cocoa powder
1 t. vanilla
1 t. baking soda
1 t. white vinegar
2 ½ Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*. Mix together all ingredients except flour, then add the flour. Spray three 9-inch round cake pans with nonstick coating. Stack three pieces of wax paper, trace around the cake pan and cut out circles to fill bottom of pans. Put in the wax paper liners and spray them too. Pour the batter equally in the three pans and bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. When baked, release the edges with a knife and flip over on wire racks to cool. Make the butter cream frosting and layer and frost.
