4 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
4 soup cans of milk
6-8 Strips bacon , cut into small pieces and fried crisp
6-8 Tablespoons bacon grease
2 cups cubed ham
4 Chicken bouillon cubes
¼ cup dry onion flakes (or 1 large onion)
4 Tablespoons celery flakes
2 Teaspoons celery seed
1 stick oleo
1 2#pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
Garlic salt to taste.

Directions:
Boil hash browns in salted water with bouillon cubes, celery flakes, celery seed and onion flakes until tender (use 4 cups water, most of it boils away). In another pan, mix soup and milk, stir until smooth. Add cooked potatoes and fried bacon, bacon grease, ham, oleo and garlic salt. Heat on low temperature. Be sure to taste before adding garlic salt or put into potato water, if too much water remains in potatoes, drain off the excess.
