3 c. all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c, unsalted butter
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. whole milk

Filling:
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c, butter, melted

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9x13-inch cake pan with cooking spray. Whisk together flour, baking powder, cream of tartar and salt. Dice 3/4 c. of the butter and cut into flour mixture until it resembles coarse sand (I used my pastry cutter). Combine with sour cream and milk. Pour into dry ingredients and stir until just combined (if too dry add a little more milk). Lightly flour work surface. Roll out dough to 1/4'' - 1/2'' thickness. Melt 1/2 c. butter and spread over dough. Sprinkle with sugar-cinnamon mixture. Roll up tightly to seal. Place in pan and bake 25-30 min,

Easy and delicious. Make sure the roll is sealed tight or all of the gooey cinnamon sugar will leak out.
