4 cups of rhubarb
1 cup sugar
3 cups Bisquick
1 cup milk
2 cups water
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 2 cups water, 2 cups sugar, and flour on stove top. Cook until sugar dissolves. Combine rhubarb and first cup of sugar in a bowl. Set aside. Mix Bisquick and milk to make dough. Roll dough 1/2 inch thick and cut into 3 inch squares. Place spoon of rhubarb sugar mix on top. Bring dough corners together forming a dumpling. Pour sugar mixture in pan. Place dumplings on top of sugar mixture. Place in oven at 350º until brown on top.
