4 c. flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. shortening
1/3 c. milk
2 cans of fruit pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly and make a well then add beaten eggs, vanilla, and milk. After dough has proper consistency, divide into equal parts and roll out between wax paper. Remove top piece of wax paper off of dough and place in pan. Spread 2 cans of fruit filling for pies (apple, cherry, blackberry, peach). Roll remaining ball of dough between wax paper and place over filling. Bake for 45 minutes in a 350º oven.
