1 lg. cabbage
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cabbage fine and let stand for several hours. Mix sugar, vinegar, and salt and let stand at least 30 minutes.

Fold in whipped cream and add to cabbage just before serving. (Can substitute Cool Whip, but cut down on sugar.)

This is the Best Cole Slaw I have ever eaten. When I was a little girl I would help my Grandma in the garden and we would pick the cabbage and make this delicious cole slaw. Great memories. Jeannie
