2 c. flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 c. butterscotch chips
Flaked coconut to roll in

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, brown sugar, and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Add dry ingredients gradually and mix thoroughly. Stir in 1 cup of butterscotch chips. Chill dough for 1 hour.
Ball dough and coat with flaked coconut. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 10 to 12 minutes.
