2 packages of Stella Doro Cookies
8 oz. of cream cheese
8 oz. Cool whip
3 T powdered sugar
15 oz. of crushed pineapple

Directions:
Drain pineapple. Mix cream cheese, Cool whip and powdered sugar. Combine pineapple with mixture. Spread mixture between halves of cookies. Chill cookies before eating
