1/2 c orange juice (or juice and grated peel of 1 orange)
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp ground coriander
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
3 large garlic cloves, crushed
2 (3/4 lb) pork tenderloins
1 c fat free milk
1/3 c creamy peanut butter
1/4 c chopped onion
2 tsp flour
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
oil or cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
1) Combine 1st 5 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag; add pork to bag. Seal and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours, turning occasionally.
2) Combine milk and next 5 ingredients in food processor, process until smooth. Pour sauce into a 2 cup glass measure; cover with plastic wrap, and vent. Microwave on High 3 minutes, stirring with a whisk after 2 minutes. Keep warm
3) Prepare Grill. Remove pork from bag; reserving marinade. Place pork on grill rack coated with cooking spray or brushed with oil. Insert meat thermometer into thickest portion of pork. Cover and grill 25 minutes or until thermometer registers 160º (slightly pink), turning once and basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
4) Cut pork into 1/4 inch thick slices, serve with peanut sauce.

EASY SLOWCOOKER METHOD:
Replace steps 1) and 3) with: place pork in crock pot, cover with 1st 5 ingredients. Cook on High for about 2 hours.
