3 cups sour cream (24 oz)
2 (4 oz) cans chopped green chilies
4 cups cooked rice
2 ½ cups Monterey jack cheese, grated
2 ½ cups cheddar cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Butter casserole and layer: ½ rice, ½ sour cream and chilies (mixed) and ½ cheese. Repeat. Bake covered at 375 for 25 minutes. Then uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
