¼ pound butter
2 Tbsp sugar
1 cup of cake flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup pecans (measure first then grind)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together. Mix nuts and flour together and combine with creamed mixture. Add in vanilla. Form into small balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. (Do not over bake or will fall apart!) Roll in powdered sugar while still warm. Make 2 dozen.
