1 Package Sunbird Hot & Spicy Kung Pao Chicken Seasoning Mix
1 lb of Chicken Breast meat or 3 Breasts
1 T Soy Sauce
1 T Sugar
4 Carrots
3 Celery stalks
2 T oil
1-1/2 T Peanut Butter
1 bunch of Green Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1 C of water with Sunbird seasoning packet, soy sauce and sugar and set aside for later use. Slice celery diagonally by holding knife at a 20 degree angle and slicing off thin slices. Cut carrots into 3 inch long pieces. Cut each piece in half then place flat side of carrot on cutting board and cut into thin strips. Cut chicken into cubes. Cook chicken in 2 T oil. When chicken is still slightly pink add carrots. When carrots start to get soft add celery, peanut butter and seasoning liquid. Cook till vegetables are tender but still slightly firm. Cut green onion into 3 inch strips and add them the last minute of cooking.
