1 cup sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 cup raw peanuts, shelled
1 T. butter
1 1/2 t. baking soda
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Grease baking sheet heavily.

Combine sugar, corn syrup and salt in 3 quart microwavable mixing bowl. Stir in peanuts.

Microwave on high until light brown (approximately 8 - 10 minutes) stirring once or twice.

Stir in remaining ingredients until light and foamy.

Spread on greased sheet as thin as possible. Break into pieces when cooled.
