Dumplings:
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 t. salt
flour

1/2 pound bacon pieces, fried
1 large can tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add milk, salt, and enough flour to make a firm dough, but not too stiff. Drop dumplings off teaspoon into boiling water and boil until they float on top of water. Drain water.

Fry bacon, drain grease. Add fried bacon and can of tomato juice to the dumplings.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
