1/2 lb chicken breast or tenders
1-2 peppers, any color, cut into large chunks
1 onion, cut lengthwise in half and wedged
mushrooms, whole or halved lengthwise
cherry tomatoes
zucchini squash, sliced 1" thick and wedged
teriyaki sauce
oil
skewers, soak in water al least 30 minutes

Cut raw chicken into pieces about 1 1/2" length (not too thick or won't cook). Place in shallow pan with 1/2 c Teriyaki sauce to marinate; cover and chill up to 24 hr.
Toss veggies in 1-2 tsp oil before skewering.

Thread chicken and vegetables alternately on the skewers.
Grill or broil. Broiler pan: Broil with tops 4" from heat 2-3 minutes; turn for 2-3 minutes. Cook until chicken no longer pink in center. If you broil, DO NOT leave the kitchen!
