4 lg carrots
1 T canola oil
1 c beer
1/2 tsp dill weed (or fresh)
1 tsp sugar
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Julienne cut carrots, heat oil in skillet and add carrots, beer and dill. Cover and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Add sugar and a dash of salt. Continue cooking a little longer until the carrots are carmelized.
