6 pork chops
vegetable oil
Durkee Season salt
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 t. black pepper
1 package (24 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (2.8 oz.) French fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops in lightly greased skillet. Sprinkle with salt and set aside.

Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper and season salt. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup shredded cheese and 1/2 can French fried onions. Spoon mixture into 9 x 13 baking dish. Arrange pork chops over potato mixture. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Top with remaining cheese and French fried onions. Bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes.

Serves 6.
