2 cups cooked rice
2 cups cooked, diced chicken
2 T. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom soup)
1 can water chestnuts, sliced thin
1/3 cup mayonaise

Topping: 1 cup crumbled cornflakes and 1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cream of mushroom soup with mayonaise.

In separate bowl, mix rice, chicken, onion, water chestnuts. Add soup mixture. Put in 8 x 8 greased casserole.

Mix topping -- 1 cup crumbled cornflakes with 1/4 cup melted butter. Spread topping on top of chicken mixture.

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
